Waited forever to get my hair cut and that's not because there were a lot of customers in there. They take forever to cut your hair. I waited over an hour and a half only for them to not listen to what you ask for (repeatedly), causing them to mess up your hair. Once was enough. No thank you
New Era Barber & Apparel are Amazing. The Barbers are always on point with my child’s hair cut. I have been to different Barber Shops. New Era Barber Shop is the one I chose.The environment in the shop is also wonderful and friendly. Thank you New Era Barber & Apparel for always doing Amazing Job, we appreciate you all!!!
My son is autistic and hates getting his hair done, however he agreed to go because he wanted Saturn shaved into his head. Well I told him prior it was a long shot. We went in and the vibe was amazing, usually the wait a line would have had him ready to go, but they have an amazing vibe. When he got in the chair, at first it was a no due to being close to closing but once I explained it was his birthday they figured it out. When I tell you they surpassed all expectations!!!!!
