I am so happy to report that the bank finally came through and did the right thing. After the police called them to assure them it was a obvious theft. They returned her money. My sisters purse was stolen out of her car while she worked the graveyard shift as a nurse. As soon as she got off work and discovered her car window smashed and purse gone she drove to the bank to report it and freeze her account.
