Have been a customer for 6 years and I just got a letter you’re cutting the free banking option. You buy out the local Commerce Bank locations and then cut your competitive banking options. Bye. Update: I forgot to mention how piss poor your app is and how I have to explain what Apple Pay is to your employees every time I have an issue. Migrating to a more digital friendly bank with undoubtedly better online tools will actually be a breath of fresh air. I needed an excuse to leave and I just found it.
worst bank ever. deposited paychecks today, they are in there, deposit from friday, not there, gonna switch banks, gave them a chance since i loved commerce bank but no, they are not commerce bank and you can't even talk to anybody on the weekend. not to mention they lost my daughters paycheck twice.
