Took my Husband here, when we were having issues with his ostomy bag leaking. Michelle took measurements and put on a new bag. Now that I know the proper way to cut the hole. We haven't had any issues! The staff there is exceptional! Thank you!
I wish to say that I really recommend the wound care in athol MA, I've been coming here for over a year. When they work on my leg, I watch it get better ever week. All of the staff care very much about you and helping your wounds heal. I highly recommend them to take care of any injury you might have.
Rachel and Ellie are very professional, friendly, informative, I find it very easy to talk with them and ask questions. They make me feel as if im part of the care team and that is very important to me. I am never rushed and all my questions are answered. Very satisfied.
