These guys are amazing!!! We did not purchase our boat from them as we are at different marina. But they are always willing to help with questions and parts about the boat. Jay is more than helpful and is willing to go above and beyond. Don’t look anywhere else for Sales service or Parts for your Mastercraft boat. A Plus dealer, please don’t sell out to a corporate company. Thank you again.

My 2018 Prostar needed a little bit of work and the Mastercraft dealer that is local to me would not answer their phone or return messages. I decided to call NEWS despite being 1.5 hours from my house. I put a call into them and they answered the phone on the first attempt! My husband bought a preowned Mastercraft from Jay at New England Water Sports in Naples Maine. The whole experience was great from the beginning to the end. Jay was a total professional who was very responsive and took care of all the details. I would definitely use them again.
