Jay, Bill and Will have all been a pleasure to deal with. Although I purchased my MasterCraft in South Carolina from a friend, they have been fantastic to work with. I had a warranty issue come up and they took care of me just as they should have! I've owned boats for over 30 years and unfortunately, it seems marinas and boat dealers are getting worse and harder to deal with, but New England Water Sports has been the exception thus far.
We’re MasterCraft lifers and after many years of searching finally found the ideal place to buy a new XT23. First, Bill’s mechanical experience gave us the confidence that regardless of repairs needed, no one would be better to address them than Bill. The team at New England Water Sports is the best! Since bringing my boat up to Long Lake, from Texas, they have taken such awesome care of us. One of the amazing parts is when I call with a problem or something broke, Bill responds right away and is at our dock within a day to fix it!! After buying 5 batteries in two years, we were thrilled to find a true Mastercraft professional who could diagnose the electrical issue in our NXT20.
