The team from NEWR, led by Dan, was amazing. They replaced our deck which looks AMAZING and beautiful. They also did an awesome job replacing two windows and a wall that had rotted out from water damage. They are super communicative and proactive. They explain everything they're doing, and have great pride in their work.
I can say that this is the second time and the last that I call this company which I can say was very irresponsible and with a very expensive service. They drained and dried my basement of only about 400 square feet, then removed my newly installed floor, despite clarifying that they should be very careful with the floor that is waterproof and reusable, it seems that they did not pay attention and damaged the floor sheets more than 80 percent and the big surprise and response from them was that they are not responsible for t... read more
I had high hopes for NE Water Remediation! They were recommended to us by our oil company - who had just filled our oil tank and unfortunately the tank broke, spilling oil all over our basement floor. NE Water came to our location fairly quickly to box up our belongings and remove the oil-soaked ones- while the FD was attempting to control the spill, spreading "kitty litter" across the floor.
