I recently hired New England Water Remediation to handle a Category 3 water loss in my condo bathroom. From mitigation to the final rebuild, the physical work was excellent. I want to give a huge shoutout specifically to Conor and Tom, they were incredibly professional, prompt, and highly respectful of our building's strict HOA rules regarding working hours and offsite debris disposal. Buyer beware... Don't use these people, they prey on those in need in a crisis and charge 30% if not more for unit rates than is standard. Go with ServePro or Service Masters, some established and reputable. We hired NE Water for ice dam flooding mitigation at the end of January 2026. They were quick to respond, telling us they would be out to begin remediation and demolition same-day (Thursday). New England water remediation did a great job for me in Hollis. They answered the call quickly when we had flooding in the basement. They came out right away and got the water out and then set up all their machines and equipment to dry out. What was there they helped us move furniture and boxes and clothing out of the way they helped me sort through it then they came and cut up the tile did a flood cut around the base of the wall walls they work tirelessly round the clock and we’re very responsive to any phone calls.
