New England water remediation did a great job for me in Hollis. They answered the call quickly when we had flooding in the basement. They came out right away and got the water out and then set up all their machines and equipment to dry out. What was there they helped us move furniture and boxes and clothing out of the way they helped me sort through it then they came and cut up the tile did a flood cut around the base of the wall walls they work tirelessly round the clock and we’re very responsive to any phone calls. She kept in touch throughout the process and answered any questions I had. The team that handled the cleaning and removing of my personal content was lead by Nefty and were wonderful.
