We feel so lucky to have such a such a wonderful team at NEVS looking after our dog. The staff are always friendly, caring and professional. We have an anxious cattle dog, and Emma’s expertise in behaviour management- along with her excellent clinical skill- has made such a positive difference. Absolutely wonderful staff! Emma and the team did everything they could to help save our Little Jack Russell after a red belly black snake bite/s.The care for her was to the highest standard and the best you could ask for, kept me up to date and supported me throughout the whole recovery in a very hard emotional time. Forever greatful for the care and compassion given to us. We can't thank them enough!

The team at NEVS have been there during the best of times and the worst of times, caring for our four-legged family members right up to the end, showing compassion and gentleness. Mali, Kenya and Percy are so lucky to have Emma, Robin, Julie and the rest of the team looking after their health.
