The team at NEVS have been there during the best of times and the worst of times, caring for our four-legged family members right up to the end, showing compassion and gentleness. Mali, Kenya and Percy are so lucky to have Emma, Robin, Julie and the rest of the team looking after their health.
Since moving to Armidale in 2019, I have trusted Emma and her incredible team at New England Vet Services with the care of my two girls, Millie and Lizzie. All of the staff from admin,nurses and vets were so lovely. Very kind ,listened to what was happening with my pet ,very gentle. Knowledgable and explained what was needed to help diagnose what was happening with my pet and really supportive during the surgical process.They communicated really well re what to expect pre and post surgury and cost estimates . The wonderful caring staff and the high qualiity of care are the reason I have bought my pets here for over almost 2 decades

By far the best in Armidale. Veterinarians are caring, compassionate, understanding and down to earth. Emma and Claire are just magical. The nurses are fabulous as well as the lady on reception. They all have catered to our dog’s needs.
