I took my dog Bella to NEVO for an eye exam and I was impressed with the care she received from Chris Alling DVM DACVO and his assistant. Unfortunately, Bella is developing cataracts, but Dr. Chris recommended some helpful supplements. After a follow-up appointment 12 months later, I'm thrilled to report that Bella's eyes are looking much better, and her cataracts haven't worsened. Every one I spoke with was congenial and at the same time professional. I also found them to be primarilly concerned about the care of my pet. Additionally the environment was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend New England Veterinary Opthamology to anyone in need. Put me at ease. I left feeling my pet will be taken care of by a qualified staff.
Just pawsome!!! Our experience from setting the appointment to discharge was smooth, friendly, and professional. We were impressed with all the staff at NEVO. They took us as walk-ins, by coincidence of availability, and it was smooth sailing and hospitable from there on. How well our dog was cared for by all staff and how clearly all steps were explained along the way was a major plus. I have no names, but everyone was just terrific.
Everyone was very kind with our nervous dog. Everything was explained well and we were in and out so fast! I appreciated how everyone worked together and would highly recommend Dr. Montgomery and his team. How quickly our dog was diagnosed and the problem was solved - typical vet appointment takes longer! It was the whole team and I am still so impressed with how quickly the whole thing went.
