Recommend going. The place is clean. Waiting area have tv on. There have been movies playing to tv shows on. They took great care of my dog. Comforting her and trying make her as comfortable as possible. My dog loved receiving the extra treats from them. Doctors knowledgeable and willing to answer your questions as best they can. This is a great practice. Staff is always super friendly, timely and professional. Prices are high but it's a specialty field, so it makes sense. Dr. Alling provided all the treatment options available so we could choose the most appropriate one. Cassidy was quite smitten with my cat, Coconut. :) She handled her with great care and compassion. Dr. Alling was also very kind, as always, and gentle with Coconut during her eye examination.
Amazing everyone was so nice and empathetic when we had to bring our dog in for emergency eye surgery. From the front desk to the nurses and surgeon we couldn't have had a better experience. Bedside manner Everyone was fantastic
I am so happy I sought out the care of the providers at NEVO. A generalist recommended that my dog have eye surgery. After seeing the specialists at NEVO it was determined that my pup just needed daily eye drops. His eye condition has been stable since starting at NEVO and no surgery was required. 10/10, highly recommend!
Brought in my senior Yorkie for blood pooling in her eye. I went in stressing about my dog and left confident she was in the best hands. Chris and Rose were super sweet with my 5lbs flailing nut ball and were very patient with her. We left with a plan for figuring out her diagnosis, medication to help before we come back for testing and a written explanation of what they found today. Everything was explained clearly using a diagram.
