I'll set aside the frustrations between myself and 3 other people sitting in the waiting room for well over an hour and a half with no update on our pets from anyone. I'll set aside the rudeness of the woman at the front desk. Ill put aside the hours waiting having no idea what was happening. Beacuse nothing was as import as the abuse my cat had suffered in their care. When I got in the car there was an overwhelming odor of urine and poop. Would not recommend - charged us almost $500 for unnecessary antibiotics and a misdiagnosis. We were in and out in 30 minutes, gave no pain medication for my cat that was clearly in distress. Called back two days later with concerns saying the antibiotics are not working, cat was showing no signs of improvement and the vet we talked to told us the results came back as a UTI and this behavior was normal, seemed annoyed that we called. My female cat developed a uti early on a Sunday morning and I knew it couldn’t wait until her usual vet opened on Monday. After some quick research for an emergency vet nearby, I chose this vet and I’m so happy that I did. It was worth the 45 minute drive. My cat received great care and Dr. Oyola was very thorough and explained everything they did and all the options that I had to be cost efficient, if it was an issue.
