The staff were compassionate and patient. They explained the care plan in detail and addressed all our questions. We were extremely pleased with the care our Boxer Leo received after eating a gift basket that included milk chocolate, cookies, crackers, and wine. Now we just need to find him a canine AA! Would highly recommend
After my dog got into the trash I called New England and explained the situation and they told me to bring her in to be observed. After a few hours and a few fluids they called me explaining my dog was “sicker then she seems” and the best course of action would be euthanize. So after Spending 1700 dollars there, I picked her up and took her to get a second opinion. Worse place ever! Don’t waste your money! Doctor is very rude!
This place is awful. They convinced my wife to spend $15000 for “might be cancer operation” the dog dies in front of us about 60 days later of cardiac issues What did they tell me? Well at least it wasn’t cancer Keep your loved pets away from this place
