After my dog got into the trash I called New England and explained the situation and they told me to bring her in to be observed. After a few hours and a few fluids they called me explaining my dog was “sicker then she seems” and the best course of action would be euthanize. So after Spending 1700 dollars there, I picked her up and took her to get a second opinion. This place is awful. They convinced my wife to spend $15000 for “might be cancer operation” the dog dies in front of us about 60 days later of cardiac issues What did they tell me? Well at least it wasn’t cancer Keep your loved pets away from this place

We made the hardest decision of our lives here, saying goodbye to a friend of 15 years. Everyone was kind and understanding. I felt like our dog was in good hands and I was getting the best answers I could get during her emergency. It was springtime outside, and peaceful, and I felt like we had a calm and quiet space to say goodbye. Our grieving process was not rushed. It's hard to "recommend" this experience, of course, but I want everyone at NEVCCC to know that their kindness was appreciated.
