Get directionsAbsolutely no compassion what so ever. All they care about it’s money money money. Acted like my pets life didn’t matter at all. I have never in my life been to a more money driven veterinary practice in my life. If you have a pet emergency go to any other emergency vet.
Called for emergency care for my dog. Provided a bunch of details and then at the end they asked what kind of dog I had. When I responded pit bull, they said they were at capacity and I'd need to call another hospital. Odd coincidence? I hope so. In any case if your hospital is at capacity don't waste my time when I'm seeking emergency care in the middle of the night. Just state it upfront.
My 10 year old Mia was euthanized at this facility and I can't say enough for their compassion. The staff was just remarkable. The process was explained to me in details, questions answered and Mia passed without pain which I was very concerned about. Thanks to the staff for their expertise and professionalism.
This is the first review I have ever written as a 27 year old. They made me feel like I wasted their time bringing my dog to the vet... At 3am after I got home from work my dog began showing multiple symptoms I’ve never seen. It started when he began choking on something. I gave him the little doggie Heimlich maneuver and he cleared whatever was in his throat and swallowed it, and after reviewing with the vet she said my technique was correct. The vet and techs that day seemed so kind; it's what happened after we swiped our card and left, entrusting our passed on pet to them, that shocked us. NEVCCC faked our dog's cremation paw print and had the gaul to try and pass it off, hoping we wouldn't notice. When shown, they denied it, along with any accountability or wrongdoing. When pressed again about it regardless, they didn't even bother to respond.
