This review is for 281 Phillips Rd in Sagamore Beach. This beautiful house has everything you could possibly need for your family vacation. It's located right on Cape Cod Bay with beautiful views from the 3rd floor living area. The private beach and sand bar are perfect with the little ones running back and forth from the house . I stayed at "Z'Ocean House in Plymouth" which I found through New England Vaca Rentals and had an excellent experience! Their team was very accommodating to some particular requests I had and they communicated well throughout. And the House itself was beautiful ... very well stocked, well maintained, clean and the pool area was really delightful. Just as advertised.
House was great for our family reunion. The only problem was the bathroom in the queen bedroom which has serious steps down. Most everyone used second floor bathroom. House was well stocked for a large group.
My husband and I have stayed here 2 summers in a row! We had a great stay both times. The house is beautifully decorated and organized and it has everything you could possibly need. It was great to be able to cook and grill some meals at the house. My husband enjoyed his morning coffee on the patio every day. We both loved the outdoor shower. The house's location is also great. We took day trips to P-Town and Chatam, both just a short drive away. We enjoyed going to many of the restaurants and shops in Orleans. The local Ska... read more
