Wish I had seen these reviews sooner... Set an apt. here at referral of my PCP to look into a non-emergent issue. New patient apt. had me waiting almost a month, I find typical now a days for anything none emergent, so....OK. Roughly a week before my apt I got a VM telling me the doctor "was called in for emergency surgery" and they needed to reschedule. Did realize "emergent surgeries" were scheduled weeks in advance... Go ANY WHERE ELSE! Awful staff, rude, they do not care about you what so ever and they will hang up when ever they don’t have the answer to your questions. They make excuses instead of taking accountability. The drs don’t review patient history or charts before booking surgery and if they don’t want to rectify the issue and rebuild trust with the patient they just refer you out. STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS! 10/10 do not recommend.
I thought the other reviews were overblown until I experienced it for myself. My experience: -18 days after my appointment they called in one of my two new prescriptions, incorrectly. When the pharmacy calls them back on the same day, they take 17 more days to respond with the correction. -5 weeks after my appointment and the second prescription still wasn't called in. -I call them at least once a week to try and see progress and all I ever hear is "we'll send a note to the Dr." and "he'll do it today," and "we'll call you b... read more
Rescheduled 3 times.. 1over booked. 2 they needed to be re certified for their insurance.. doc not there... it's been 3 months... They said they called but didn't... No sympathy from the staff... Update: so I went back in and got to see Susan finerty (after explaining how long I've been waiting and a few other things)... She was professional... cut right through the b.s . I am not sure how this office is still even open. First i have an appointment in September scheduled back in June, only to have them call me in August and reschedule my SEPTEMBER appointment for October due to an "emergency." What emergency can happen 30 days in advance? Then, have my appointment and schedule my procedure for November. Today, I get a call telling me that my procedure is now cancelled because THE OFFICE FORGOT to give me paperwork that needed to be signed for the insurance company 30 days prior to my procedur... read more
