Should have checked the reviews earlier! Avoid this place at all costs! I was told my appointment would be at 9:45 AM. Get a text to show up 15 minutes early, I end up showing up at 9. Totally fine with that part. The front desk receptionist tells me I’m here early and my appointment isn’t until 10. Alright, no big deal an extra 15 minutes isn’t the end of the world. 9:45, 10:00 and 10:15 all go by until finally I go up and ask what’s going on at 10:30 and show them the text confirmation (that says if I don’t show up on time... read more

Unhelpful, inept practice. Unfortunately there seems to be "no other urology office" in the area. Frustrating, unhelpful, experience. Do not recommend, go somewhere else if you have ANY choice

Wish I had seen these reviews sooner... Set an apt. here at referral of my PCP to look into a non-emergent issue. New patient apt. had me waiting almost a month, I find typical now a days for anything none emergent, so....OK. Roughly a week before my apt I got a VM telling me the doctor "was called in for emergency surgery" and they needed to reschedule. Did realize "emergent surgeries" were scheduled weeks in advance... Go ANY WHERE ELSE! Awful staff, rude, they do not care about you what so ever and they will hang up when ever they don’t have the answer to your questions. They make excuses instead of taking accountability. The drs don’t review patient history or charts before booking surgery and if they don’t want to rectify the issue and rebuild trust with the patient they just refer you out. STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS! 10/10 do not recommend.

I thought the other reviews were overblown until I experienced it for myself. My experience: -18 days after my appointment they called in one of my two new prescriptions, incorrectly. When the pharmacy calls them back on the same day, they take 17 more days to respond with the correction. -5 weeks after my appointment and the second prescription still wasn't called in. -I call them at least once a week to try and see progress and all I ever hear is "we'll send a note to the Dr." and "he'll do it today," and "we'll call you b... read more
