The billing line / department is just a voice mail. You have to leave a message and hope someone will call you back. I've had an issue now with an incorrect amount on my bill and they supposedly fix it and send another bill still with the wrong amount on it. The online bill payment site is an absolute joke with no way to assign what you are paying to your actual bill. I may just mail in the over payment so I no longer need to deal with this office. I canceled my next appointment and will find another doctor.
Wish I had read the reviews before ever going. I was told during my appointment to follow up with the physician in 2 weeks if I had not heard back from her or the hospital re: ultra sound. The front desk 'girl' was absolutely useless. I explained why I was calling, that the physician had INSTRUCTED ME TO CALL HER BACK if I hadn't heard from either her office or the hospital. They couldn't even quote me on the price of a procedure I was having - the cost "would be determined afterwards by the billing department," and could be up to 3x what I was originally told. I'm pretty sure that refusing to disclose expenses prior to a transaction is a violation of NH State business law. I guess I would just stay away from this place.
Just had a cystoscopy and now have a uti. Dr. was very curt and ran in and out and I didn't have a chance to talk to him about some issues. Never again. Wish I could give a minus 1 star.
Communication is a huge problem! They don't answer their phones and they don't return the calls after you leave a message. Messages through portal also stay unanswered for weeks. I need to refill a prescription from a mail order, not a local pharmacy. Can't get a valid one with actual signature of my doctor, just an electronic one which the pharmacy doesn't accept
