Communication is a huge problem! They don't answer their phones and they don't return the calls after you leave a message. Messages through portal also stay unanswered for weeks. I need to refill a prescription from a mail order, not a local pharmacy. Can't get a valid one with actual signature of my doctor, just an electronic one which the pharmacy doesn't accept
I went to see Lauren Flood today. She was absolutely amazing. She spent a lot of time with me and she answered all my questions. I highly recommend her as a PA at New England Urology in Nashua New Hampshire. Thank you so much Lauren
I had to wait over and hour and they said No room is available so I left. They were very rude and they laughed at me. Don't trust these people with your health.
The receptionist, The first people you interact with are so incredibly rude. They are like this everytime. This is why we have decided to leave an honest review . Be aware before you go in of how you'll be treated and don't let it upset your day.
I stand with every single one of the negative reviews. My husband was supposed to be seen in the Nashua site, dr Ackerman. Initial apt was rescheduled with no reason from March to June. Called us back a week later after the cancellation that the “doctor opened up additional days for apts” and scheduled us two weeks later. Get to the appointment, pulling in the parking lot 8 mins before the scheduled appointment time of 2:00 and the office calls to cancel because the doctor “got stuck in surgery”….
