Very disappointed with our experience. Opening a new gym in southern NH. Made a special trip to see the materials and schedule installment. Our consultation was great, and we loved the look of the product. Was told we would get an email with an estimate, and never received anything. Sent two emails and called the office and never got a response. Understand if they are busy, but we should have at least gotten an email or call back to let us know.
