We have just purchased a new vehicle (new for us) and the service received from Jason, was first class. Very warm and friendly welcome, from Jason, which was great, as we had just driven from Armidale. Test drive was hassle free and we were suggested a route for the drive. Car was excellent and ticked all our boxes. They were waiting for assessor’s price on our trade when we got back and we’re just to make a follow up phone call. I can’t comment on sales team as I have never dealt with them, however the service at this dealer is terrible. My last interaction with them was prior to a trip up cape York. I asked them to make sure vehicle was in tip top shape. I later found myself in the middle of nowhere replacing a fuel filter that had not even been checked during service.
