I had a wonderful experience here! I brought my car in with no idea what could be wrong, and the whole team was genuinely so lovely and helpful. There were a few smaller issues, but they were really focused on finding the root of the problem rather than just patching things up. Once they figured it out, they explained everything clearly and let me know how I could fix it if I wanted to. Honestly, even though my car sucks, I had a great experience. Can’t thank the team enough!
Was driving my 2024 Hiace early in the morning when I encountered a kangaroo which struck the front passenger side causing some damage. The car would not re-start and was towed to New England Toyota where their very talented technician diagnosed the problem and effected temporary repairs to the Hiace's wiring. Thank you to Will and the staff for saving my holiday and getting me back on the road in an hour. Great service New England Toyota!!!

Spoke to a dealer about negotiating price of a Hilux over the long weekend, he said that they have recently discounted 30 cars for the long weekend so they couldn’t move on price. I asked if they were open so we could come over and have a look. He said that they weren’t open until Tuesday - weird to have “discounted cars for the long weekend” and be closed.
