Absolutely deserves Five stars for the level of service and people skills he brought to the job.
My wife and I have loved working with New England Total Energy. We had issues with our last HVAC contractor when we moved into our home but the guys from NETE came in and fixed all the issues quickly, saving us quite a bit of money. Because of their amazing results, professionalism and pricing, we've switched all our heating, cooling, and propane needs over to NETE. Every technician we've dealt with had been great and the ladies in the office are always wonderful to speak with.
Joe worked on our furnace, figured out what was wrong, and ordered the part. He was able to get heat going in the meantime! Thanks Joe!
