I highly recommend this shop! I went to one shop who wanted to charge me 500$ for something I didn't need, I decided to get a second opinion which im glad I did! The techs were amazing aswell as the front desk staff! Emma and the tech Soco were so much help explaining what was really wrong with my vehicle. The service guys were also great, Rafael and Phil were so nice and pricing was not bad at all!
Highly recommend for great service! I’ve had multiple routine services done here, and today they were able to get me in last minute for an urgent fix. The team is trustworthy, friendly and reasonable!
At the recommendation of the Aaa app, my car was towed here to replace a pulley and a serpentine belt. I had this issue before with my serpentine belt called Mazda. They told me a week before they can get me in. This place had my car fixed the very next day. I wasn’t able to pick up my car that day and they kept my car for free on a lot until I was able to say it was quite expensive but the customer service was great and I got my car back fast. I appreciate that.
I got a tire change here Tuesday due to a flat fire. They charged me $190 for a new tire. then they found that there was a leaking valve stem on my front right tire and they replaced that. it hasn’t even 2 days and the tire they replaced on Tuesday is flat. Why??? The valve stem on the driver side front was leaking. When I called and told them they said “we do not check the valve stems” So how would they know that the valve stem on my other side be replaced if they didn’t check valve stems.
