I hired NESF in 2013 to insulate my entire home that I was renovating. Built in ****, I rebuilt everything in the house. Two years ago I discovered that my main floor had sagged over 2 inches and found that all the NEW hemlock joists and main carrying beams had rotted to the point that I can put my fist through the wood.
