I had applied for a job here and first got contacted by phone and was told to setup an in person interview. I did the interview with Anthony Gardner, it was a horrible interview, he was very disinterested the entire time, was yawning in my face completely unprofessional, and to top it off at yhe end told me he was never interested in hiring me at all, why did you have me come in for the interview?
Most of the time things have been great over the past 4.5 years with my hamilton sundance from New England Spas Natick. Make sure you know what you're getting into before you get an appliance like this. Personally I love mine and don't mind the daily maintenance/chemicals. I've had some issues with service...but in the end...everything has always been resolved reasonably in my opinion. If you're going to get a hottub in New England...I'm not sure where else you would go!
{Thanks for the response! yes, your tech did probably replace a light lens as indicated on the bill I received. However I guess he didn't take the time to turn on the light to see if it worked! As well, he did replace a faulty air valve. But again didn't turn on the jets to notice it wasn't the one that was most broken. $190 for gas? and travel?
