I have had my Sundance spa from New England spas and sunrooms in Natick Mass for over 10 years. It has performed perfectly. I was just in the store to have a new cover and lifter installed and Rosalie was amazing. It isn't just about buying a hot tub. It's about the company that backs it up and provides service when you need it. I highly recommend New England spas and sunrooms and drop in and see Rosalie. She was amazing and understood what I needed and I had a great great experience
You can't ask for a better experience. I own a building & remodeling firm and our client purchased a sauna from New England Spa in Westborough. When my employees showed up to load the spa, everything was ready. items were packed properly and were at the loading dock so that minimal time was wasted.
