I had a GREAT experience with New England spas natick. I went to the store yesterday and Jason was extremely helpful. He was able to have Luis come out to our house the next day which was incredible. Luis was extremely kind and patient and was able to get our hot tub ready to use. Thank you Luis - you are the best!!!
Very happy with our spa valet tech, Luis from NE Spas. He is knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, respectful and he has done a great job keeping our spa in good shape each month.
Owning a hot tub is great, but the service is what really matters. Over the past 8 years, we have not only enjoyed our Edison hot tub, but the service that has come with it. Over those years, we have had our typical share of things to care for, but today we had Perrin Bedard & he did a fantastic job. Not just of diagnosing the problem, but shared his experience on the importance of making those replacements. Perrin did a fantastic job & is a great ambassador for New England Spas. 2 thumbs to Perrin.
They provide great service, from Adrienne in the office responding to questions, to Luis our valet technician who is attentive and responsive every visit. He’s fantastic!
*Updating my review as the service is not very good here. Impossible to get an appointment, impossible to talk to anyone on the phone, impossible to talk to a human or have anyone call you back. They sent a bill to my email, charged my card and won't even have a conversation with me about it. As an owner of a business, the customer service stinks. Like really stinks.
