John & Bruce and all of the folks from New England Solar Hot Water were great to work with.They answered all of our questions and worked us into their schedule before we ran out of oil. Would definitely recommend using them!

For several years I was looking to get a Heat-pump hot water heater and the process was painful. I got quotes as high as $11K and I feared the electric bill. I entered my info into New England Solar Hot Water website and within 1 hour, they emailed me lots of info. Within 2.5 weeks, it was installed. They even helped me get a 0% Heat Loan from Mass Save. We love our hot water heater. My sister has also gotten one from these guys and I have recommended them to two friends.
