The nurses are amazing, but the doctors are really rude. Having an issue with a claim they put in for my insurance and they will not respond to any phonecalls from myself or my insurance company.
Went in for a sleep test, staff was wonderful overall. But the after with the dr and trying to get what actual equipment we needed was hell. Still waiting as Dr Salem left the practice in the middle of what they were doing for our family. So once he left theres been no instruction or notes. We have been waiting for a refferal since New England Sleep Center Could not take our case. Its been months and Ive called several times to re bring this up to them. The staff seem to have a grasp on what patients deserve for service once they get inside the office. The Doctor was rushed, and didn't want to answer questions, just wanted specific answers and led us to agree with his suggested answers. There is some major confusion as to where to enter the facility. On the first visit we went to the side door on the north end of the building, following the signs. We were told we should go through the Hotel lobby, but she said she would walk us through. On the second visit, we went to the d... read more
I wasn’t impressed with this experience. After waiting 8 months for a consultation, my doctor was switched at the last minute, which I accepted. However, I wasn’t informed that the new doctor was from Dartmouth, not CMC, and I was billed as uninsured, though I had provided my insurance information. After an at-home sleep study, I never heard back from the provider.
