Great work
I installed 32 pairs of shutters on a circa 1830 Nantucket brick home. Big order. High profile. A year later, latent defects began to appear, including the faulty trim pictured below. A company representative visited the site and said they would repair the defects on their next visit to the Island. Sadly, I never saw or heard from them again. They don’t even return phone calls. I ordered 3 custom shutters for pick-up at the Lawrence Mill; I was coming down from Vermont and didn't know what to expect since I was a first-time customer. I was met at the production floor by a gentleman named Hector. Hector is a rock star! He treated me like I was the biggest customer they ever had. He gave me a tour of the production floor and could not have been nicer. I even got to meet his brother. Two good souls there… Many thanks for doing such a small order!!!
