Excellent service! When using N.E. Shredders, you feel confident that the sensitive information being destroyed is actually being destroyed. You can watch it all happen on the monitor! They come to you and shred right there on site. They are professional, polite and very fair in their pricing. I highly recommend them. KR - Burlington MA

I hired New England Security Shredders to clean out 15 years of old company documents. First, let me compliment Frank and Mike on completing the job with a friendly and professional attitude (despite the fact that our storage area was a mess!) My company recently used New England Security Shredders to help us out with a large backlog of files we needed to shred. I spoke directly with Ryan and not only agreed on a fair and honest price, but also handled everything as though we had done business together for many years. When the time came to do the job, their driver, Frank, was professional, courteous, and willing to work with us on how to best load the truck. The experience was great. We will definitely use NESS in the future.

I submitted a quote request over the Web to NESS and a competitor. Both charged the same amount for one-time residential pickup. I chose NESS because Mac (an employee) called me while other place sent e-mail, he answered all of my questions (e-mail from competitor ignored them), he was flexible (arranged a pickup at my home while I was at work), communicated terms clearly, and confirmed pickup and payment details to ensure the transaction went smoothly, which it did. I will definitely hire these guys again.
