My family and I have used New England Sanitation before and have had no problems. When we had an emergency, however, we were told it wasn’t a real emergency and the soonest someone could come out, was 5 days later. Granted, our entire basement was flooded, we had no access to water, and were staying in a hotel with our dog. The woman, Lisa, who answered the phone was unsympathetic and extremely unhelpful. Thankfully, another company was able to squeeze us into their booked schedule somehow.
