Very organized, hard to find items and a great order ahead system that allows for local pick up. The staff’s service was top notch. Knowledgeable and discussed new products that we were not familiar with. Location is a little difficult to get to if you’re not following one of the map applications.
Kenzie, Tom and Sue are the best. I always leave happy and know exactly what kind of service I am receiving when I shop. They are very welcoming. Having a professional hair supply store to get everything I need for my salon is essential. They always find a way to work with you and meet your needs. Thanks guys!!
I’ve been ordering from them for a couple years and when I had a a client drop my blow drier I called to get a replacement piece. The staff was so wonderful I just sent a photo of what I needed and Susan sent it out free of charge!! It couldn’t have take more than 5 minutes to sort out. Super sweet we’re customers for life!
