NERTO had been an absolute dream to work with. We started looking at houses and trying to get a home on our land back in April of 2025 and went to another company first. By September they told me it would be October before we could close and then that got pushed back two more times. By January of 2026 we gave up on our dreams of a home on our land and had accepted that it would t not happen for a while. NERTO exceeded our famillies expectations and truly delivered our dream home, constrcution started early, communication waa top notch and the guys even let our family come visit and hang out while they did work, we had some questions a week after move in and they sent a worker down to address these and walk through all of it a second time for us Without NERTO we truly would never be able to own a home with this much quality and land We are forever grateful -The DiPietro/Martin Family
