Given the price tag of these business I would expect a certain level of professionalism that was lacking to say the least. I was the seller in a transaction where my attorney charged $500 for a correct amount of service. This office represented the buyers in the transaction. An appointment was made at the registry of deeds that was not kept. No phone call or alert that the place had changed.
