Wow! Did I get lucky!! I woke up one morning with a stiff neck which got worse and worse each day... The pain spreading to the other side of the neck and the back. My Dr. Recommended a massage therapist since the muscle relaxers weren't working. He, personally, didn't know one and suggest I Google it. I called several and Valerie called back. Not only is Val a practioner of message, reflexology and reiki, she is an instructor. Val's experience is extensive. Her knowledge is impressive. She is kind and compassionate.
