As a tenant I’d definitely recommend New England Property Management. Aleksei is always very helpful and responsive. There was a noticeable change even from the neighbors as the common areas are now cleaner since they took over from the last property management.
New England Property Management took over from another management company during my time at one of their properties, and the amount of attention provided by the team—Alex in particular—sets an incredibly high standard for property managers in the city. Quick at responding, great at communicating, and attentive to our needs as tenants. Any tenant in Boston would be lucky to have this team manage their rental property.

I am a tenant of Alek’s and new england property management company. I use this phrase a lot. It goes “Alek is the MVP.” I use the phrase almost involuntarily because of how quickly and efficiently he gets things done. I don’t think you’ll find better out there and I’m not exaggerating here. My recommendation out of 10 is
10/10 from a tenant perspective! I have worked with numerous property management companies, however Alek and New England Property Management has been by far my best experience. As their tenant, I could not be more pleased with how responsive & understanding they are to my needs. Best property manager in the Boston Area!
