NEPR and its owner Andrew Morse are thieves and liars. My husband and I were in the process of purchasing a home from this company. The inspection uncovered some big ticket issues including electrical, septic issues, and well pump issues among other small issues. Mr. Morse agreed to make the requested repairs before the closing date. Throughout the process Mr. Morse lied about making the agreed upon repairs and the repairs that were made were shoddy.
