Life Savers!! New England Pool saved my holiday weekend. I showed up at the store in Norwood just as they were locking the doors, and instead of being sent away like most places would when closing, I was invited into the store and they found a part that I needed for my pool. It meant so much to me that this employee (whom I can't remember right now!) took the extra time to help me out. He also told me how to install it and even printed out some directions. AWESOME customer service!!
