Tim and the team at New England Picture created a custom mat for a picture I had. They were able to come up with a design no one around me could do. Communicating with Tim was prompt and effortless. I had the mat in my hands faster than they even quoted. I cannot thank them enough and look forward to working with them again in the future.

After I purchased a diploma frame from my campus store, I found out that the frame mat was too small for my diploma. Instead of returning the frame to the store, I decided to contact New England Picture (the maker) to see if they could help me make the diploma fit into the mat. After speaking with New England Picture, we concluded that my school changed the margins on the diploma and that the mat was for the old margins.
