Very disappointed with my experience with Kendra and New England Party Animals. Cold temperatures were talked about for over a week and it was never brought up as a concern while following up 3 days before my daughters 2nd birthday party. While I understand the safety of the animals it is unprofessional to cancel day of just a few hours before the event due to the cold temperature. Awesome.This was the best 9 yr old bday party ever. The kids loved the 'kids' but they really loved the little ducks and little animals. Kendra was great with the children and the animals.Thechildren had fun and even learned some animal facts
If i could give 0 star review i would. They canceled the day of my daughter’s 2nd birthday leaving my daughter and other kids disappointed because they canceled THE DAY OF the party. I am very upset. The party was ruined.
I would not recommend this farm to anyone. They canceled on me at the very last minute, were completely unresponsive, and didn’t even have a backup plan. Please think twice before booking with them.
