Very great experience with the delivery team, office ladies were very nice and welcoming on the phone.
I would discourage people from using this company. Three times people sent freight to us via this company and each time the parcel took more than 3 weeks to get from Tamworth to the freight centre in Gunndeah, a distance of 75km, and we had to ring every day chasing our items. Rather walk to Tamworth and collect the parcel, it would be quicker. I would give them no stars out of 5 if I could.
Parcel via "Border Express" arrived in Tamworth depot. on Monday and was not delivered to me, Gunnedah until Friday!
Great service and a great delivery team. I especially like the guy who does the Quirindi run extremely efficient bloke 😉
