Jennifer Dhawan Is so amazing . Very sweet and serious as a person . Her brace designed fit is perfect and anything that has needed to adjust over time she has fixed with pleasure. We are berry happy and staff are super helpful and nice .
Went here to order my son's custom orthotics. I called for a status update on their arrival, only to find that they were never sent out over 3 weeks later. They blamed everyone but themselves and refused to help expedite the shipping unless I paid for it. I asked to speak to the office manager who refused to call me back. For a simple order that was supposed to take only 3 weeks, is now going on 8. Great service, clean office, responsive clinical staff. Got fit for a knee brace but will go back for some foot orthotics.
