Wow! What improvement!! It seems like there is all new staff here but they are excellent! The lady at the front desk is so kind, helpful and informative. The new clinicians were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I most didn't come back but I gave that place one more shot and I am so glad I did!! only problem is insurance takes forever but the team seems very on top of it. Highly recommend!! I will be back next year!
The front desk was so helpful in helping to communicate to my doctor and specialist on how to prescribe so the insurance will approve the shoes needed for my condition. I had a place that was closer to home that was so awful along with unknowledgeable in proper fitting. So people there must be others that are happy.
I visited after my Dr’s appointment in hope that the script was sent. The kind woman at the front desk was knee deep in a phone conversation but asked me to be seated. When she was able to talk she was very kind and informative and quite apologetic that my script had not been received as yet. Her name is Linda, her patience and demeanor was appreciated as it was obvious she decerned my keen interest even though nothing could be set up at that time. More personnel like Linda would make difficult times easier. Thank you!
