Horrible service. They're all bout the $$. No interest in patient care. They rush everything & don't get anything right.
Absolutely the most unethical & inept prosthetic service in Ct. The head prosthetist, Dave Motycka, is only interested in making $$ & doesn't care about patients or their needs only how much the company could make from your insurance. If Dave can't get you in & out 1-2-3 he'll just drop you. I have documentation of the way Dave operates so feel free to contact me. By all means if you need a prosthetic device go somewhere else!!

We had a fantastic experience working with the East Hartford office.The prosthetists Dave and Tim made a leg for my brother and it has changed his life. He is now able to walk and run with his children again. I highly recommend NEOPS in East Hartford.
