2/15/2024. Took forever to get an appointment for an orthotic. Phone system is ridiculous. Never got through to an individual. After a call back, made an appointment for their Danbury location. Went there and spoke to Joe. No measurements, no fitting, nothing but a discussion. Heard back a month later that they wanted to schedule a delivery of my orthotic. Would not recommend.
