Used this place for my brace a couple years ago and they were great, however I called them recently to have the straps reconnected correctly on the brace as a friend of mine messed them up. I explained that I didn't know the correct way to reconnect them and wanted an appointment to have it corrected. The receptionist refused to give me an appointment until I send over a new script.
