Called the offices main number both last Friday January 9th at 1:15 and January 13 th at 9:20 and was on the phone waiting for 17 minutes then diverted the call to have the office call back within the 3 hrs they claim would happen but there was no call back. Today on 1/13 called at 9:20 , stayed on the phone for 32 minutes with no pick up, then diverted the call once again to have the office call me back with in the 3 hour window. It is now 7 hours later and no call back. I’ll look for a medical team that is more reliable.
I've had 3 different surgeries through NEOS without any problems. The entire experience from top to bottom has been excellent. They are the best!
Mr. Rice demonstrates a very professional and caring attitude. I have been most impressed by his service to me and would highly recommend him as he is a substantial asset to NEOS.
