Organization told me we missed an appointment FIVE YEARS AGO and refused to see my son who really needed a surgery to prepare for his braces. Yes I understand missing appointments is bad. I think this is over the top and unfair, especially for something that occurred literally over a half decade ago. This office was also notoriously uptight/ridiculous with their masking/COVID protocols during when all that was going on, better to avoid and go somewhere else.
Dr. Glosser was fantastic. Patient and a great listener. Had an answer for every question and concern.
The staff made what was a difficult situation for my child so smooth. My child was treated incredibly, the staff were amazing, and I am so thankful for the ease and care we were treated with. What an amazing place!
Staff there was great. Doctors put me at ease which can be hard to do.
Dr. Glosser and Josh provided compassionate and kind care during recent wisdom teeth extraction for my daughter. From pre-op to removal, they took the time to listen and answer questions, with no pressure. The post-op procedures were thorough and clear. Highly recommend this competent team at New England Oral Surgery!
