Beware! Horrible patient treatment. Even though I scheduled an upcoming visit, and informed them of my present immobility on crutches, NEOBGYN insisted that I needed a 2nd sooner visit in order to renew my prescription. Usually, a doctor will OK enough medicine until a next visit, but this place refused. Absolutely horrible patient treatment that prioritizes their business making money over a patient's best interest.
I had the best experience at New England obgyn. Worth the 45 min drive into the office. All of the providers are wonderful. The nurses are amazing and are so responsive whenever I needed anything during my pregnancy. Dr Clinton delivered our baby and we could not have had a better experience. The front desk staff are great and the office is beautiful.
Did not have a good experience during my first visit. I was told there was a potential I may need IVF and needed to do testing. My test results came through and no one has reached out whatsoever.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the care I received here. Both my IUD insertion and extraction were done incorrectly with complications and extreme pain. I left to get this corrected by another provider/office and it was instantly fixed and less painful. Now the front desk staff have been harassing me for a payment because their system was broken at the time of my appointment and they never answer or connect me to the right person when I call and try to pay myself. I’ll start off by saying that the nurses and support staff are really friendly and go out of their way to help and solve problems. That was definitely noticeable. Other than that, however, it’s all style and no substance. The office is really hip and modern; very expensive decor. The doctors though are hit or miss. You also don’t have one doctor; you see whoever is available and you have to stick with that one person for that topic. But then it’s someone different the next time. There’s no continuity of care.
