Forget this place. The name "new england" is a pretentious facade they hide behind. I came here back in 2015 with NPSLE at the onset of Lupus and they treated me like was the pnumonic plague itself and dismissed me and tossed me out like a bag a trash going to the dumpster. They refused care I believe because of some confusion with the tumors in my thyroid ... and I'm here to say years later ....benign or not no one on earth deserves to be treated the way these folks treated me. My experience with Dr Zhu was very positive. She was very thorogh and followed through on everything. She really spent the time to go over my test results.
Awful. She doesn't listen and sure makes you feel like she doesn't care. Lack of compassion. If your doctor doesn't take you seriously than you have a problem. Especially when it comes to neurological issues. She's not much of a people person either.
