A culture of 'blame the patient' for everything - run, don;t walk, from this practice – Consistent with the previous negative review (I can't beleive there aren't more) this medical practice has trained a bevy of nasty secretaries and receptionists who are apparently empowered to belittle patients on the phone and cut services (when you are hung up on and/or have appts cancelled they are now direct agents of the company). Friendly doctor, good atmosphere – I have been here twice when my friends have seen two different doctors. One time another doctor appointment we had before made us over 40 minutes late and they still allowed us to see the doctor. The staff were very professional and helpful and the office has a nice atmosphere right next to the river.

Customer Service Required – My first impression of New England Neurological is not favorable. My rheumatologist referred me to New England Neurological. I am veyr unfamiliar with this practice and made a call to make a couple of inquiries. The operator was short and snippy and after asking me the name of the doctor (Finkelman) I am to see, she transferred my call. The phone rang incessantly and no one answered. It rang back to the operator who again transferred my call, which still remained unanswered. I hung up and called b... read more
