Get 2nd opinion before doing any type of surgery. I have experience fail fusion twice with Dr Fleisher and doctors in Boston were in disbelief when saw his work. Even met a Dr who was being used as expert witness against him with another patient who had horrible experience with him. I regret ever having going to him.
Dr. Fleisher fixed my broken back, very well. The operation was booked for 3.5 hours, but he discovered that a piece of broken bone was jammed against my spinal cord. He stood in for 7 hours to pick it out.
The people here are nice and helpful. The building is a bit run down. Parking is Abundent and close to the door.
