I was driving on the highway this morning when a bunch of stuff started flying off the top of one of their trucks and cracked mt windshield… very dangerous to have that happen on a crowded road …. Their phone number and website don’t work to contact and their FB messages seem to not send either …..

This company is by far the worst contractor I've ever dealt with. Other than the initial contact, they never respond; you have to constantly call them. A promise of a quote in two business days turned into 3 weeks of chasing them to get a one sentence proposal. Then the real fun started. Another two months of calls and texts not returned. When you could reach them on the phone there was never a commitment, only a statement to call them next week for a date. After 1/4 of a year I finally get a firm date and time scheduled. 1 year ago, in September 2017, I had new england mulching come and do my 3/4 of an acre yard for about 3500 dollars. From the beginning I was unhappy. When the project manager and I had talked about what I wanted done, I clearly stated that I had large holes that needed to be filled with top soil before they were filled with their mulch mixture because as the mulch settled it would sink leaving the existing holes there.
