You’ve lost that lovin’ feelin’! They’re awesome until your insurance runs dry. So, this is purely a cold hearted, “administrative only” review. The bottom line, is the only important thing, administratively. It’s not personal, it’s just business. Don’t go away mad…. Just go away. That’s what my father used to say. We’re all on our own. No one is coming to save us. Message received, loud and clear.
I was receiving treatment for anxiety and depression when the person I saw seeing left the practice. I was then switched to seeing Jessica Kehoe. She was extremely rude, inconsiderate, and unempathetic. She constantly tried to play down my issues and make it seem like I was just being dramatic. She was the most cruel and unprofessional mental health worker I have ever interacted with. She has left me with lasting scars and trauma from my interactions with her. She should not be working with people who are struggling.
I’ve felt irredeemable, unworthy, and hopeless/helpless. NEMG has shown me otherwise. The staff, and the community I have experienced are real life superheroes who put others before themselves. I’m very grateful to have had such a warm and supportive experience here. I feel heard.
I simply cannot say enough positive things about NEMG. I would give 10 stars if I could. Their responsiveness, compassion, expertise, and communication carried us through a difficult time. They were there for us every step of the way, and everyone we interacted with there was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and quick to respond.
