Our company purchased a piece of equipment from New England Machinery. The machine was delivered and set into place but we did not recieve a complete FAT ( factory authorized testing ) Because of the poor efforts of the FAT techs the machine was not capable to perform as contracted. The machine has been out of production and when requesting help from New England to resolve the issues we are given expensive estimates from servive manager Patrick Jones who does not understand the principle of good customer service.
