I was lead to believe during the onboarding process with a sales representative that our project would meet all of our requested tolerances. Our company purchased a piece of equipment from New England Machinery. The machine was delivered and set into place but we did not recieve a complete FAT ( factory authorized testing ) Because of the poor efforts of the FAT techs the machine was not capable to perform as contracted.
