What a wonderful experience with this company. My forklift went down at the worst possible time. I called in the morning and there was a tech here by lunch time who knew lots about my old CLARK lift. Not only got running again, but checked a few other items as well and it's running great now. Highly recommend this company.

The experience started out great. Brandon knows everything about fork lifts. Seems like a great guy. However, after placing the order and paying, there was delay after delay. 2 weeks estimated shipping turned into 6 weeks. He said the mechanic had to replace some parts to bring it up to A1 condition... We finally got it. Wow it is pretty. That is the most I can say. Upon arrival, there was no brake fluid.
